One of the leading consulting companies is planning to form a service center for Central European region in Rzeszów. Company announced that it will hire about 250 people. Newly created Deloitte Shared Service Center in Subcarpathian District will be the first of its kind located in Central Europe. At the moment the exact location of the Center is still to be confirmed. Talks on the issue are being finalized.

Deloitte in cooperation with K&K Selekt Human Resources Consulting is currently looking for candidates for multiple positions within financial risk management departament. They are looking for graduates who are not only proficient with English, but also with Central European languages such as: Hungarian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Czech, Bulgarian, Russian, Serbian, Croatian, Romanian. Those language skills will be important qualifying criteria during the selection process. Finance, Accountancy, and Management graduates and, prospectively, also those who acquired Master’s Degree in Computer Science are encouraged to participate in the recruitment projects.

Krzysztof Kwiecień, the Lead HR Director of Central Europe Deloitte Advisory, informed that ultimately it is planned to employ approx. 250 people in Rzeszów. Future employees will be involved in processes and activities related to internal financial and accounting controls, risk management and IT services for Deloitte Central Europe, which operates in 17 countries and employs more than 4700 employees. Deloitte doesn’t give any insight into the salary range that will be offered to prospective employees. But the compensation amount will be customized for local market.
